In this video I wanted to discuss some good reasons for getting in shape. Obviously the looking and feeling good is what most people know already, but I wanted to explain in detail why these are incredibly important to every day life.
In this first video, I go over a few brief tips on how to get started on the right foot with your fitness goals. By starting off right you are more likely to stick to the plan that you’ve set out for yourself!
My name is Jeff and I created this page because I believe in fitness. There are plenty of videos on YouTube where you can watch people show you proper form for squats and some new exercise they invented. But what I noticed was there wasn’t a whole lot of places for people to see the mental aspects of dieting and exercise. There are many success barriers and sticking points and doubts that people may have and they don’t have too many ways of finding out what’s going on in their brain. What my ultimate goal is for the site is to help people get through obstacles they may have on their journey to getting their ideal body.
I will eventually have a part of this page that will have proper form for those of you who don’t want to search more then one place for all of your info ;). The main thing though is the foundations of this information can also be applied to other aspects of life, such as when you encounter mental blocks when you are trying to build a business.
